A Daily Task Planner to Help You Get More Organized
This planner will help keep all of your tasks in one place and will come in handy for delegating tasks to different days of the month. Never forget to complete a task on your daily task planner.
Daily Task List Page Layout
Each day of the calendar year is skillfully laid out to help you manage your daily tasks. Each day is divided into 3 sections designed to separate home and work tasks, add important notes/reminders, and schedule appointments.
The 12 Monthly Master Task List Pages
These 12 pages are the outlines for all your tasks throughout the year. It’s recommended to begin by adding your tasks to the different months of the year first. You can focus on just one month at a time, or hop around all twelve of them. Just list the tasks that you are aware of, and don’t worry about leaving lines blank as more will come to you in the future.
Daily Task List Page Features
Each day of the calendar year is skillfully laid out to help you manage your daily tasks. Each day is divided into 3 sections designed to separate home and work tasks, add important notes/reminders, and schedule appointments.
The Home and Work Columns: Take all of the month’s tasks from a Monthly Master Task List page and delegate them to a specific day/page in that month. Be sure to place each task in a corresponding “Home” or “Work” column for that day.
The Appointments Columns: Determine which of those home and work tasks can be completed at very specific times of the day, and time block those tasks into the “Appointments” columns. This allows you to block specific times of the day to complete those tasks. This method allows you to boost productivity by dividing your day into specific blocks of time.
The Notes/Reminders Section: Add additional notes or reminders for particular tasks in this section. These can be used less formally, and can simply provide you with additional supporting information for each task as needed.
